Kevin has experience in drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda, written discovery, mediation briefs, and responses to Department of Fair Employment & Housing complaints. Prior to joining Raimondo & Associates, Kevin received his JD from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, and received his BA in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from California State University, Fresno. While in law school, Kevin worked for the Honorable S. James Otero as an extern at the United States District Court, Central District of California, and as a law clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office’s Hardcore Gang Division and also in the Major Crimes Division’s Crimes Against Peace Officers Section. Kevin also served in the United States Army as a Human Intelligence Collector, and deployed to Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. About Kevin: Kevin was born and raised in the Fresno area, where he now resides with his wife and children. While in law school, Kevin worked as a case manager for USC Law’s International Refugee Assistance Project, where he aided Afghani and Iraqi translators who served with the United States military to obtain asylum in the United States. Kevin is involved in local veterans’ organizations such as Veterans of Foreign War and Fresno State’s chapter of Omega Delta Sigma, the National Veterans Fraternity. In his free time, Kevin enjoys going on adventures with his family and writing short stories and novels.
