| Description | Todd Cole has a diverse technology, business, and legal background that affords him unique insight into the issues confronting his clients. He began a decade-long career in the consulting and business sector by working as a Systems Engineer with International Network Services in Atlanta, Ga, where he managed and participated in large computer network implementation projects at Fortune 500 companies. In 1997, Todd joined Microsoft where he developed several white papers for the strategic implementation of Microsoft products and technologies at large companies, including co-authoring the Windows Terminal Server Deployment Guide. In 1998, he founded Stratacon, LLC, a successful information technology consultancy which was ultimately acquired by Xcelerate Corporation. He next accepted the position of Chief Information Officer for Online Vacation Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Todd currently utilizes his business and managerial background to provide efficient and effective counsel for entrepreneurs and established domestic and international enterprises. Todd holds a a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in Providence, RI, a Master of Business Administration degree from the Emory University Goizueta School of Business in Atlanta, GA, a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and a certificate in International Business Studies from the University of Copenhagen in Copenhagen, Denmark. While studying at the University of Copenhagen, he served as a pro bono consultant to Eastern European enterprises attempting to expand trade with the West. Todd founded Cole Law Group in 2012, and takes great pride in working tirelessly and unwaveringly to ensure that his clients’ best interests are being met. He accepts complex cases involving business and commercial matters, privacy and defamation, employment disputes, intellectual property litigation, immigration and naturalization, and high-asset divorce.
