He graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 1973 with a degree in Journalism, and obtained his JD degree from the University of Montana School of Law in 1976. He returned to Great Falls and became a partner in his father’s law firm. After his father’s death, he joined the Ugrin, Alexander, Zadick, and Higgins law firm in 2000.Active in his community, Bob has served on the State Board of Housing, City-County Health Board, Board of Directors and legal counsel for the Montana Council of Boy Scouts of America, Great Falls Soccer Foundation, Great Falls Public Library Board of Directors, and the Library Foundation. He is the Past President of The Animal Foundation of Great Falls, is currently on the board of trustees, and has been active in animal welfare and rescue efforts.Deputy Cascade County Attorney, 1977-1978.
