| Description | Kyle graduated in the top 20% of his class, magna cum laude, from The University of Akron School of Law in 2017 and scored in the 84th percentile on the Ohio Bar Exam. While in law school he focused on litigation, business law, and employment law. While in school, Kyle was a member of several of the clinics offered by the School of Law. He was a student attorney in the SEED clinic, where he advised clients on small business matters and contractual issues. Kyle also volunteered in the Certification of Qualification for Employment Clinic, where he helped individuals seeking employment overcome their troubled pasts. In his third year of school Kyle worked as a law clerk for The Cincinnati Insurance Company where he assisted staff counsel with all stages of defense litigation for the company’s policy holders. Upon being sworn in to the Ohio Bar, Kyle began his practice in Cleveland handling cases involving professional liability, personal injury, contractual disputes, defamation, and other miscellaneous legal issues. Kyle’s practice has been a mix of representing both individuals and entities. Kyle is proud to continue his practice at Roderick Linton Belfance LLP where he will expand on his former experience and engage in a wide range of practice areas. |
