Shatzman shows clients how to keep control of their assets and their family owned businesses while at the same time transferring large portions of their wealth to their children and other family members without incurring any federal and state transfer taxes by using Wills,Revocable Trusts, Family Limited Partnerships, Corporations and Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts.
