| Description | Mr. Hall received his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs (with Honors)from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1997. He received his Juris Doctorate fromthe University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law in 2009. While attendinglaw school, he was a Panels Chair (2008) and a Student Panel Assistant (2007 and2009) for the annual Public Interest Environmental Conference (PIEC) held at thelaw school.Mr. Hall was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010. He is also a member of theEnvironmental and Land Use Law Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Hall beganhis practice with a focus primarily on enforcement litigation with the State ofFlorida’s Department of Environmental Protection, Office of General Counsel, inunderground and aboveground storage tanks compliance, petroleum contaminationcleanup, potable water, dredge/fill, hazardous waste, solid waste, and used oil. Hethen transitioned to business development for a private Florida environmentalservices company, before joining a South Florida personal injury protection (PIP)insurance defense firm. His practice required consistent attention to litigation,discovery, and negotiations.Mr. Hall works in the firm’s Palm Beach Gardens office. He is married toCourtney and they have one loving and playful boxer, Cash.
