| Description | James is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on insurance defense, construction defect litigation, and insurance fraud-related matters. Following law school, James served as the Honorable Robert J. Muir, Jr.’s law clerk in Morris County Superior Court’s Civil Division from 2009 through 2010. Prior to joining Hueston McNulty, James worked for the firms Ruprecht, Hart, Weeks & Ricciardulli, LLP and Connell Foley, LLP representing major insurance carriers in a variety of different matters, including automobile liability, medical malpractice, and Superstorm Sandy-related litigation.James received his bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA with a major in History in May, 2002. Following his graduation from Holy Cross, he worked as an English teacher for three years in Taipei, Taiwan and is proficient in the Mandarin Chinese language. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, RI in May, 2008. James completed the American Board of Trial Attorney (ABOTA) Trial College at Harvard University in July 2016.James is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2008) and New York (2009). James is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (District of New Jersey).James serves as the Chairman of the Morristown Municipal Republican Committee in Morristown, NJ. He is also a Member of the Morristown Beautiful Association Board of Trustees. Throughout his legal career, James has always worked to dedicate himself to public service whenever possible. In 2015, the Pro Bono Partnership of New Jersey awarded him with a Certificate of Volunteer Appreciation for his dedication and commitment to providing pro bono services to indigent clients.James has also raised thousands of dollars in charitable donations for the Special Olympics of New Jersey through his annual participation in the Polar Plunge held in Seaside Heights, NJ. |
