He was also selected for the Best Lawyers in America since 2015 in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital. Additionally, he was selected as Best Lawyers’ Jacksonville Corporate Lawyer of the Year in 2015 and Best Lawyer’s Jacksonville Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer of the Year in 2016.
