| Description | Mr. Diebenow focuses on general business, real estate, land use, government relations and zoning law. He is a registered lobbyist and deals with a wide range of governmental affairs issues. He provides legal counsel in the acquisition, entitlement, financing and development of all types of commercial and residential properties; in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of agricultural lands; in the creation of mitigation and conservation banks; and in the acquisition and disposition of large tracts of rural land. Mr. Diebenow is an active member of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce and is former Vice-Chairman of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority. Mr. Diebenow previously served as Co-Chair, Government Relations and Environmental Committees, the First Coast Manufacturers’ Association; Co-Chair, Community Growth and Development Committee, JCCI FORWARD; Board of Directors, JAXCARE. He is a member, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP); member, Urban Land Institute; member, Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA); and Co-Author: ‘Snyder House Rules?
