He is the author of ‘Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1994,’ Westland Review’s Quick Guide to Foreclosure Law, 1995 Pacific 60, and has been a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy related topics. Eric is a 2006-2016 Northern California Super Lawyer, and has an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the national directory of attorneys, indicating outstanding legal ability and very high ethical standards.
