| Description | David Eisen’s passion for labor and employment law dates back to his undergraduate career at Penn State University, where he studied labor and employment relations. David continued to pursue his interest in this practice area during law school, when he worked for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Washington D.C., as well as a boutique employment law firm in Philadelphia. David also served as the Executive Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review, where his comment was selected for publication.Prior to joining HomansPeck, David served as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges. In that role, he helped draft decisions and resolve disputes arising under federal whistleblower laws that apply to the employer-employee relationship, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the National Transit Systems Security Act, and the Federal Rail Safety Act. David represents clients in both counseling and litigation of labor and employment matters, including workplace discrimination, retaliation, and harassment under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and their state counterparts, as well as advising on compliance and claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other employment laws. |
