Ms. McLaughlin has also represented clients with claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Working on behalf of workers seeking pension benefits under an early retirement package, she organized several class-action lawsuits that garnered national attention from the media and legal community. Also noteworthy is her representation of vulnerable children and mentally challenged adults who have been physically abused.She excels in resolving and assisting other colleagues in analyzing complex legal issues accompanying major litigation.
