Mr. Chatenka currently handles all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases on behalf of plaintiffs, including automobile negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and dog bites.Prior to joining Steinger, Iscoe & Greene, Mr. Chatenka practiced as a criminal defense attorney for the State of Florida and a personal injury attorney representing plaintiffs in slip and fall, automotive, products liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases, including successfully handling numerous cases through trial throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Chatenka is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mr. Chatenka graduated from Marquette University and Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. While in Law School, Mr. Chatenka received Certificates of Merit in Advanced Writing, Medical Malpractice, Law Office Management, and Criminal Procedure, while holding office as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. Mr. Chatenka was also a five time Dean’s List recipient and member of Thomas M. Cooley’s National Negotiation Team. Thereafter, Mr. Chatenka relocated to Florida, where he began fighting for the rights of Floridians in both criminal and civil matters.
