After earning his Juris Doctorate in 1995, Mr. Anthony began his career as an Assistant Public Defender. In 2009, Mr. Anthony decided to use the negotiating and litigation skills he had honed defending clients to stand up for the rights of those who had suffered injuries or wrongdoing.Mr. Anthony focused his civil practice on representing victims of motor vehicle crashes, defective products, unsafe property, police misconduct, dangerous medical devices, boating accidents and animal attacks. He has represented victims of negligence and wrongdoing in trials in the Circuit Civil divisions of Palm Beach, Broward, Dade, and Okeechobee Counties and he has never been afraid to take on big corporations or powerful insurance companies. He has tried cases against interstate trucking companies after truck collisions; restaurants responsible for drunk drivers; construction companies after electrocutions; pharmaceutical companies that made defective drugs; daycares that failed to care for children; and police departments responsible for assault and battery and injuries due to misconduct.
