| Description | William R. Schubert began his career as an attorney in Chicago, Illinois. He clerked for the Illinois Pollution Control Board and the US EPA while in law school. He later worked with the environmental practice group at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He also had some exposure to both the plaintiff and defense ends of complex litigation (e.g., mass torts and consumer class actions). Mr. Schubert also worked at the law firm Araya & Cia. in Santiago, Chile. There, he worked for farmers in Chile and Peru who had disputes touching the United States. Mr. Schubert’s experience to date includes: international arbitration / alternative dispute resolution; enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and judgments; environmental law; labor and employment; and antitrust law. |
