| Description | William Justin Collins was raised in Augusta, Georgia, and attended The University of Georgia, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science. William graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Georgia in 2013, and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. William then attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where he competed on the school’s Mock Trial Team, was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, served as a Teacher’s Assistant for Legal Writing and Research, and received a CALI award for Advanced Criminal Procedure. William graduated Magna Cum Laude from John Marshall in 2017, ranking third in his class. The summer before his last year of law school, William began to clerk at the Haug Law Group, which sparked his passion for personal injury law. He continued to work at the Haug Law Group through his final year of law school, and was able to observe first-hand the skills and work ethic required to be a trial attorney. William has gained experience in personal injury law, and hopes to focus his career on catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death cases. In his free time William enjoys playing golf and softball, and studying history. He loves following sports, especially the University of Georgia Bulldogs, The New York Yankees, and every PGA golf tournament. |
