| Description | Robin L. McGrath is a first chair litigator with twenty four years of experience litigating patent and trademark disputes on behalf of some of the most well-known corporations. Robin is a partner in Duane Morris’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and represents clients across a wide number of industries. She also serves as a team lead for the firm’s Fintech industry group, as she has represented many of the country’s largest Fintech companies in high stakes patent litigation. Robin has extensive courtroom experience and has secured many jury verdicts in patent and trademark infringement cases on behalf of her clients. She regularly appears before the Federal Circuit and has been recognized as a top 50 Woman Lawyer in Georgia and was selected as the 2019 Lawyer of the Year in Atlanta for Patent Litigation and the 2017 Lawyer of the Year in Atlanta for Intellectual Property Litigation. Robin approaches all of her cases with unparalleled enthusiasm and has made it her personal mission to kill bad patents.
