He has also argued before the Michigan Court of Appeals, and prepared and filed briefs before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.Vince joined Flood Law in 2010, during which time he prepared motions, briefs and legal memoranda for a variety of complex legal issues in the criminal and appellate practice groups.During this time, he specialized in Fourth Amendment issues regarding search and seizure, as well as unlawful police stops.
