He also has significant experience in commercial leasing, on both a local and national level, representing tenants and landlords. In building and maintaining relationships with his clients, Tom’s focus is on developing an in-depth understanding of their businesses, and on providing responsive, effective and practical legal services and solutions.Professional Affiliations:- International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Community Involvement and Other Pursuits:On a pro bono basis, Tom regularly represents children in abuse/neglect proceedings through his affiliation with Lawyers for Children America. In 2009, Tom received the Connecticut Bar Association’s Pro Bono Award, recognizing his ongoing commitment to pro bono work. Tom is a long-time Board member of the Greater Hartford Legal Aid Foundation which raises substantial funds each year in support of the provision of legal services to the poor. Tom is actively engaged in local youth sports, as well as school activities and programs. He also is a military retiree, having completed more than 20 years of service in the Connecticut Air National Guard. |
