Karen assists clients in the preparation of agreements among stockholders, partners and other business owners, and the review and drafting of agreements with third parties such as customers, suppliers, licensees and other business agreements. She also has extensive experience in private equity transactions. Karen helps businesses comply with employment laws while managing their workforces.
