Jarrett grew up in Pawleys Island, and he has handled cases throughout South Carolina and North Carolina.Jarrett Bouchette is a trial attorney and shareholder in the Floyd Law Firm. In his criminal practice Jarrett defends clients accused of state and federal charges including Felony and no-Felony DUI, Assault, Sexual Assault, Drug Trafficking, and white collar crimes involving fraud, embezzlement, and misappropriation.Mr. Bouchette also currently serves as a board member of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (SCACDL) and is a member of the National College for DUI Defense. His primary strategy in any case, whether civil or criminal, is to prepare the case for trial.
