Stephen has been a speaker at numerous seminars on the topics of litigation and health care, and has spoken regarding trial practice for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has also written frequently on subjects such as trial practice and a lawyer’s ethical obligations. He is repeatedly listed in The Best Lawyers in America and has been recognized as Best Lawyers 2016 and 2021 Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants Lawyer of the Year and Best Lawyers 2017 Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants Lawyer of the Year.
