His practice includes leveraged and single investor leasing, securitizations and other structured financings. Mr. Goldi actively represents banks and other financial service providers with general corporate matters, loan documentation/review, workouts, consultation, acquisition and disposition of accounts, loan and lease portfolios and compliance with a broad range of Financial Service Laws and Regulations. As a member of the Corporate Transactional Practice Group, Mr. Goldi provides general consultation to all forms of business entities, with particular emphasis on corporate acquisitions, asset sales and the formation of business enterprises.
