| Description | Natalie focuses her legal practice in child custody disputes, divorces involving spousal support, child support, business division, retirement division, and real property rights. She is passionate about you and your child’s safety, and she often works with immediate danger orders and status quo orders. Natalie is passionate about defending either side of family abuse restraining orders, elder abuse restraining orders, and sexual abuse restraining orders. As a parent herself, Natalie understands personally what it takes to provide excellent advocacy to other parents involved in custody disputes, and divorce. She is grateful to serve her community. Providing good advocacy is personal for her, and she understands firsthand how personal this process can be for you. Natalie has been an attorney for a decade. After being admitted to practice law in Oregon in 2009, she worked as an adjunct professor and sole practitioner. Natalie joined the Gresham Family & Bankruptcy law in May 2012, where she channeled her passion for assisting clients’ transitions safely and fairly, regardless of their family structure, socioeconomic backgrounds, or lifestyle differences. In 2012, Natalie received the Michael E. Haglund Award for displaying a special commitment to Legal-Aid’s Domestic Violence Project and Family Law Pro Se Clinic. In her free time, Natalie volunteers for Legal-Aid’s Domestic Violence Project as well as assists in various other community endeavors. She was appointed in 2016 as an Oregon State Bar Pro-Bono Committee Member, was made Secretary in 2018, and was chair in 2019. Natalie is a member of Oregon Women Lawyers and the Multnomah Bar Association, and she is very involved in the community in a variety of areas in need.
