| Description | Mark joined Norgaard O’Boyle, Attorneys At Law in 2013 after graduating from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, CA. At GGU, Mark was heavily involved in the litigation department, representing the school in three mock trial competitions. In the summer of 2011, Mark was honored to be selected as a member of GGU’s innovative Summer Trial and Evidence Program, combining trial advocacy and evidence prowess into a rigorous summer program geared towards producing effective trial lawyers. Upon graduation Mark received two specialization certificates; one in Litigation and the other in Criminal Law, earning a ‘with distinction’ honor in each. Since joining the Norgaard O’Boyle, Attorneys At Law, Mark has assisted on a wide range of legal matters such as Foreclosures, Real Estate matters, Debt Resolution, Debt Collections, Guardianships, and Expungments, as well as an array of Bankruptcy matters. Mark’s legal background in litigation, and criminal law in particular, brings new and exciting areas of practice to Norgaard O’Boyle. His previous legal employment includes serving as a Summer Intern for the Queens County District Attorney’s Office Career Criminals Major Crimes Bureau and private Criminal Defense Attorney Peter A. Fitzpatrick. In those roles Mark worked on criminal matters ranging from speeding tickets, to murder trials, and many others in between.
