As an added benefit for clients with children, Ms. Regan has significant experience helping parents involved in contentious custody disputes to find solutions that protect and strengthen parent-child relationships and establish positive co-parenting relationships. Ms. Regan is also experienced with establishing guardianships and special needs trusts and is able to fully address and protect children with special needs during a divorce, custody, or support matter. Lisa Regan graduated cum laude from Montclair State University and received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey. During her time at Rutgers Law School, Ms. Regan served as a legal intern for the Honorable Bryan D. Garruto, J.S.C., Middlesex County Family Part (now retired) and for the Honorable Catherine I. Enright, P.F.J., Morris County Family Part. Ms. Regan also gained valuable experience when she volunteered with the law school’s Child Advocacy Clinic representing children involved in DYFS (now DCP&P) proceedings and securing social security benefits for children with disabilities. She is an alumni member of Phi Delta Phi, the International Legal Honor Society. Ms. Regan is licensed to practice in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of New Jersey. When not in the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her young son. |
