| Description | Mr. King attributes Fishback Dominick’s success to the exceptional attention he and his colleagues give clients. He is passionate about the practice of law because it constantly presents challenges he must solve with creative thinking. He explores every avenue and strategy for accomplishing clients’ goals and advises them carefully on the nuances of the law and the risks and rewards of any particular course of action. Mr. King practices primarily in the area of local government and municipal law. He provides legal advice to Fishback Dominick’s municipal clients in all aspects of city government, as well as providing legal defense in a wide variety of lawsuits. Mr. King also has experience in business and commercial litigation, personal injury defense, and land use law. While studying law at the University of Florida, Mr. King was a Notes and Comments Editor of the Florida Law Review and served as a judicial extern in the chambers of United States Senior District Judge Maurice Paul of the Northern District of Florida in Gainesville. Mr. King is co-chair of the Orange County Bar Association’s In-House and General Counsel Committee. He enjoys traveling, good food, and spending time with his young son. |
