| Description | Kristin’s own home buying experience inspired her to become a real estate attorney. When she purchased her first home, she became fascinated with the legal aspects of negotiation, loan origination, and closing. But she also experienced firsthand the emotional stages homebuyers go through-the initial excitement, the feeling of being overwhelmed, and finally, the rewards of home ownership. Whether she is representing buyers or sellers, Kristin’s goal is to smooth the process for her clients and arrive at a happy outcome for all involved. Kristin’s previous experience was as an attorney in mortgage law, working with national lenders and loan underwriters to facilitate alternatives to foreclosure. She also has experience in family law and litigation, having interned for judges in the NYS Supreme Court and Washtenaw County Circuit Court. But Kristin found her calling in helping clients’ dreams come true, whether it is to buy a new home or to sell and alleviate the burden of ownership. |
