Ken is a 1986 graduate of the University of Denver College of Law where he was student editor of the Administrative Law Review.While attending law school, he worked as a law clerk for a Denver litigation firm. He joined Beck, Payne, Frank & Piper, P.C., in 1988.Ken has extensive experience with United States Small Business Administration loans, loan documentation and loan workouts, business formation, creditor representation, and foreclosures.
