Ms. Mayer received her Bachelor of Arts Degree cum laude in Government and Classical Studies from the College of William and Mary, and her Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Mayer was an Articles Editor of the University of Akron Law Review and President of the Moot Court Honor Society. Prior to joining HDJN, Ms. Mayer served as a law clerk to Judges at the Circuit Court for the City of Virginia Beach.
