Representative Experience · Represented a multi-state bank in a credit in excess of $150,000,000 for multi-use commercial property. · Represented a multi-state bank in $50,000,000 asset-based loan to US affiliate of international company secured by accounts, perishable commodity inventory and internationally registered trademarks. · Represented an international government contractor in modification and restructure of $200,000,000 syndicated revolving credit and term loan facility. · Represented a national lender in workout involving multi-franchise motor vehicle dealer floor plan. · Represented a national bank in a financing involving the acquisition of multiple automobile dealerships. · Represented a local company in the acquisition and financing of commercial aircraft as well as negotiation of aircraft charter agreement. · Represented a national bank in numerous acquisition, development and construction loans for regional building corporations. · Represented a national bank in a nationwide credit program to private banking customers secured by brokerage accounts.
