Over Wyoming’s boom and bust years, John has become increasingly committed to obtaining just compensation for Wyoming’s workers and their families when they suffer workplace injuries and deaths. Indeed, John has devoted much of his career campaigning for worker’s safety and rights in the courthouse and in the state legislature.John is one of the few lawyers in the country who has won several verdicts of $1 million for those people he represents. John’s charisma and drive both in and out of the courtroom ensure that his clients get the very best legal representation and personal attention. John has represented clients whose cases were filed in midwestern, mountain, and southern states, as well as the District of Columbia.John is blessed with a terrific wife, Gretchen, and his three children, Aaron, Tom and Ann. He has six grandchildren who are the loves of his life.
