Mr. Peek regularly counsels tax-exempt organizations on tax and governance matters. He also counsels government contracting clients on competitive bidding and the submission of contract proposals, contractors’ duties and rights under the Federal Acquisition Regulations and local and state laws, teaming and joint venture relationships among contractors, structuring relationships to satisfy solicitation requirements and various small business concerns. Mr. Peek is a Certified Specialist in Tax Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He has been named to Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, listed in Super Lawyers and recognized as a Jacksonville Top Lawyer by 904 Magazine.
