| Description | Attorney Garrett von Schaumburg joined Steigmann Law in the Summer of 2018. Garrett came to Steigmann Law from Chicago, where beginning in July of 2016 he worked as an associate attorney with the Vrdolyak Law Group, focusing on medical malpractice and catastrophic injury litigation. As an associate attorney with the Vrdolyak Law Group, Garrett took numerous medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases to trial. Since joining Steigmann Law, Garrett continues to focus on medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases, as well as automobile accidents, bringing a certain Chicago swagger to the complex litigation he engages in. Garrett completed his undergraduate degree in 2013 at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he was named to the Dean’s List for four semesters. After college, he was awarded an academic scholarship to attend Emory University School of Law. As a second-year law student, he was selected as a member of the Emory Law Journal the school’s flagship publication serving as Managing Editor of the Journal during his third year. Garrett graduated Cum Laude from Emory University in May 2016 and began practicing law shortly thereafter. |
