| Description | Charles Haynes was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, and earned a bachelor’s degree in business process management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 2003. Upon graduating, he lived in Indianapolis for a year before relocating to Ohio and working as an associate for an investor relations firm. After five years in Ohio, Charles moved to New Orleans, where he earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2011.While in law school, Charles served as Print Editor of the Loyola University New Orleans Journal of Public Interest Law, the Director of Technology for the Student Bar Association, and a teaching assistant for the legal research and writing lab. He also interned for the Louisiana Workforce Commission as a clerk for a workers’ compensation judge and worked in the office of the general counsel for the New Orleans Saints.Charles now lives in Atlanta, Georgia, is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and is admitted to practice law in Georgia and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.At Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin, Charles focuses his legal practice on representing Social Security Disability claimants at hearings before Administrative Law Judges in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
