Attorney Fiengo has represented both employers and employees in cases involving employment discrimination/retaliation, and clients across New London County in criminal matters. Mr. Fiengo has presented seminars on recent changes to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure relating to electronic discovery. He has written newsletters on criminal and employment matters, including the erasure of criminal records and the corresponding impact on the job application process.Attorney Fiengo received his B.S., summa cum laude, in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and his J.D., summa cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law. During law school, Attorney Fiengo was an associate editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review and was a student practitioner for the Quinnipiac University School of Law Tax Clinic where he counseled clients about their incomes tax issues.
