| Description | Bradley Leger has successfully litigated cases against many of the largest Corporations in the world, including a $12.9 million jury verdict for a crash victim in an aviation lawsuit. He has negotiated settlements in the millions of dollars for products liability, medical malpractice, premise liability and personal injury cases, among others; and is currently championing the rights of children and the elderly in several cases against abusive daycare and nursing home facilities. Mr. Leger also represents several victims of defective products, including defective GM ignition switches and defective cruise control switches (SCDS) in Ford vehicles. He was selected to serve on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee (PSC) for the Texas Ford fire Multi-District Litigation (Cause No. D-1-GN-08-000901; In re Ford Motor Company Speed Control Deactivation Switch Litigation; In the 53rd Judicial District Court of Travis County, Texas). These Ford fires are the subject of one of the largest recalls in American history and Mr. Leger has been at the forefront of this litigation since its inception. Mr. Leger has been featured in The New York Times, interviewed by CNN and the Detroit News, and also appeared on Channel 2 KPRC and KHOU Channel 11 in Houston, Texas. He has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous states across the country, including Colorado, Florida, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Arkansas. Mr. Leger currently represents clients from over 35 states for cases involving defective products and is widely recognized as one of the most aggressive young trial lawyers in America. |
