After law school, Ms. Wagner served as a public defender in the 19th Circuit. It was here that she was exposed to a wide variety of criminal cases, including first degree felonies, juvenile offenses, and misdemeanor charges. Working as a public defender also opened her eyes to the number of defendants who are in need of a skilled criminal defense attorney. During her time as a public defender, she continued to earn praise and win awards, including the Best Advocate title, for her litigation skills. Ms. Wagner has continued to impress the legal community with her legal prowess. Since she has joined the private practice of Kibbey Wagner, PLLC, Ms. Wagner has been named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
