| Description | Andrew Garro was born in Roanoke, Virginia and grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He attended the University of North Florida where he received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2004. After graduation, Andrew decided to stay in the Jacksonville area and attend Florida Coastal School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2007.After law school, Andrew went to work as an Assistant State Attorney at the Jacksonville State Attorney’s Office. While an Assistant State Attorney, Andrew prosecuted thousands of crimes ranging from DUI and domestic battery to drug trafficking, armed robbery, attempted murder, and everything in between. As a prosecutor, he gained valuable experience which he now uses to vigorously advocate for his clients.After three years as a prosecutor, Andrew has worked in private practice at a large Jacksonville law firm where he focused primarily in the area of family law. Andrew gained extensive family law litigation experience while helping his clients navigate the stressful process of getting divorced, going through a custody battle, or dealing with other complex family law issues.Now Andrew is an attorney at Kenny Leigh & Associates where he only represents men in the area of family. When not working, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing guitar. |
