She has extensive trial experience resulting in a number of defense verdicts. She is a practicing and trained mediator, certified by the Center for Mediation & Collaboration Rhode Island, and is well-skilled in the art of negotiation. Ms. Merolla-Simister earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she was Vice President of the Moot Court Board and a member of the trial team.
