Additional areas of practice include estate planning, benefits planning for persons with disabilities.Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Frazier worked in social services, developing and directing employment programs for persons with disabilities. Mr. Frazier is certified by the Social Security Administration, in collaboration with Virginia Commonwealth University, as a benefits planning, assistance, and outreach counselor.Mr. Frazier has served as trial counsel in a number of contexts in multiple states, including civil jury trials, bench trials, and administrative hearings.
