| Description | Warner is an experienced trial lawyer, representing the seriously injured in professional negligence (medical and legal), products liability (aviation, medical devices and pharmaceutical) and other tort cases. He has particular expertise in representing people who have suffered traumatic brain injuries. He has obtained million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients in Virginia and nationally. As a result of obtaining large recoveries for his clients, he has developed expertise in wealth preservation, including estate planning, drafting of wills and trusts and administration of estates and trusts. Additionally, he represents diverse clients (national clinical laboratories, small technology and service businesses) in commercial litigation matters, ranging from business torts to contract disputes. Since graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1984, he has been a frequent lecturer on evidence, medical/legal issues, and trial techniques.
