As an immigration attorney licensed by the State of Maryland, federal law 8 CFR 292.1(a)(1) allows Attorney Adetobi to practice immigration law before the USCIS, ICE, CBP, and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) in all states.Ms. Adetobi has successfully handled several immigration cases for clients looking to obtain work visas and marriage green cards for foreign family nationals who are coming to America from countries worldwide. Ms. Adetobi provides advice and counsel on the laws governing immigrant entry and residence to help individuals transition successfully and lawfully to the United States. She focuses on handling cases for individuals involving green cards, employment visas and naturalization. She has also successfully represented clients who have been denied applications for student visas, permanent residence or who were inadmissible in the United States. Ms. Adetobi is available to provide training to employers and advocacy groups interested in acquiring a better understanding of immigration law as it applies to their employees or clients.Additionally, Ms. Adetobi has experience in handling family law cases including contested and uncontested divorces, property division, alimony/spousal support, child custody and child support modification. She believes in focusing on the big picture and knowing the right issues to fight because a good family law attorney knows that not all issues merit a fight. Ms. Adetobi stays current on legal updates through continuing education, including family law training provided by the Prince George’s County Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Rita Rosenkrantz Family Law Training.Ms. Adetobi also represents client who have been injured in auto accidents claims, passenger cases, slip and falls, dog attacks, unsafe premises and wrongful death.
