DescriptionTina Fischer represents developers and small and medium-sized businesses as outside corporate and real estate counsel. She also represents landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions and provides assistance to clients with land acquisition and disposition, due diligence, environmental permitting, and negotiation of land use approvals, master development agreements, interlocal agreements and public/private partnership agreements. Many of Tina’s clients are building businesses that require the acquisition of land. Tina offers the flexibility and experience to work with smaller clients who need large firm expertise at smaller firm rates. Tina gets great satisfaction helping business owners who are not at a big firm level, but need the same experience and service to get there. Helping small business grow through land acquisition is Tina’s forte. Tina is also the go-to person in Tampa for residential real estate-related issues. For clients with boundary and property rights disputes, Tina works to resolve problems before they escalate. Tina has a strong dispute resolution focus and can successfully help homeowners live happily and harmoniously with neighbors. For commercial and retail clients including office complexes, retail stores, and restaurants, Tina works with local land use and zoning agencies to secure approvals necessary to establish and operate their businesses. Tina also assists commercial clients to resolve code enforcement issues, and other areas including landlord tenant disputes. Tina is a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO), and assists Community Development Corporations and small business owners in securing Small Business Administration financing. For small business clients, Tina reviews SBA documents, handles the loan closing, and provides ongoing advice on interpreting terms of the loan. With her CDC clients, Tina works closely with borrower’s counsel on the development of loan documentation and closing the transaction.
