| Description | Steven Schwartz was a college professor before attending law school. He moved from New Jersey to Delaware in 1967 to teach physics and calculus at Wesley College in Dover. Steven holds undergraduate and masters degrees in physics from Temple University. In 1974 he obtained his JD from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. Steven was admitted to practice law in Delaware in 1974. He is the founder and senior partner of the firm. Steven maintains primary responsibility for the firm’s real estate litigation, corporate and business litigation, and Court of Chancery practice.Representative casesThe Reserves Development Corporation v. 30 Lots, LLC, C.A.
