| Description | Hello. I’m Seth Workman and I handle complex litigation cases at Hinman Law Group. I have years of experience defending complex litigation cases as well as a wealth of life experiences, which I now use to vigorously represent clients who have been injured.Straight out of high school, I served four years in the United States Marine Corps where honor, courage, and commitment became part of my being. In the Marine Corps, I accelerated to the rank of Sergeant (E-5) in three years and earned various medals, honors, and awards. Seeking intellectual challenges, however, I discharged from the Marine Corps with an Honorable Discharge and enrolled in college. I then graduated from University of California, Irvine with a degree in Political Science. Thereafter, I graduated from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles with a juris doctorate degree. While going to law school, I worked as a superintendent at the Port of Los Angeles managing Long Shoremen. After graduation, I spent the first six years of my legal career defending clients in complex civil litigation, including medical malpractice, elder abuse, employment law, and sexual abuse/harassment claims. Armed with those experiences, I now represent clients who have been harmed.In addition to managing complex civil cases through trial, I have also handled complex civil cases through the appellate process. Regardless of which turn your case takes, at Hinman Law Group, we have the experience and knowledge to assist you through the legal process.I am also the proud father of three boys, all of which are scholars and athletes. In my spare time, I am a head coach for Pop-Warner youth football. When we are not training, we enjoy hiking, camping, swimming, watching movies, and generally spending quality time together. |
