| Description | Mr. Tucker is a fourth-generation New Mexican. He graduated from New Mexico State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, with a focus in management. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico Law School in 1997. He practiced law for one year with another firm before joining the Moses Law Firm in 1998. He became a shareholder of the Moses Law Firm in 2003, and remains one at present. His law practice deals primarily with business, contract and real estate related law. He represents his clients in transactions involving the drafting, review and preparation of contracts, leases, land use covenants and restrictions, employee policy manuals and other legal documentation. He also represents his clients in civil litigation matters involving his client’s business, homeowner’s associations, real estate, employees, contracts, competitors, collections and personal injury defense. His clients are local and national businesses as well as owners, managers and associations involved in the management and/or ownership of real estate properties and/or businesses throughout the State of New Mexico. Mr. Tucker has a wide range of experience in real estate law, including work for both commercial and residential landlord-tenant clients, homeowner’s associations and condominium associations. He has extensive experience in collection work for his landlord-tenant, business and homeowner’s association clients. In the landlord-tenant area he has experience in all aspects of eviction law, Fair Housing law, disability related tenant reasonable accommodation requests, and of course collection work. Mr. Tucker has been the Firm’s representative at the New Mexico Apartment Association for many years. Born in 1971 Albuquerque, New Mexico; admitted to New Mexico bar, 1997, admitted to U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico, 1997.
