| Description | Roland Baroni has been the lead attorney for the Town of North Castle since 1982, for the Town of North Salem since 1990, for the Town of Somers since 2006 and routinely handles all phases of municipal law including tax certiorari and In Rem proceedings. Mr. Baroni has prepared, reviewed and presented subdivision, site plan, special use permit and variance applications for both private and municipal clients throughout Westchester County and in doing so, has handled a wide variety of land use, zoning, municipal and environmental matters. Mr. Baroni also regularly represents various school districts on tax certiorari and related tax matters. He has also prosecuted, opposed and argued Article 78 Proceedings and Declaratory Judgment matters in New York State and Federal courts, and represented public entities before numerous administrative agencies. Mr. Baroni also maintains a private practice with an emphasis in real estate and estate planning and administration. |
