DescriptionAfter serving as a Superior Court Judge in Pima County for over 24 years, in June 2010, Judge Warner transitioned from the bench to private practice where she emphasizes: Dispute Resolution Family Law Guardianships/Conservatorships Expert Witness/Case evaluation In the area of Dispute Resolution, she serves as a mediator and arbitrator in family law and other civil cases. Additionally, she serves as a parenting coordinator in family law cases. She also has a limited practice in representing parties in contested family law cases. Also, she also represents people who are the subject of guardianship and conservatorship cases in Superior Court. She is also available for consultation as an expert witness and for case evaluation. Judge Warner continues her community work by serving as a member of the Commission on Trial Court appointments in Pima County, member of the Governing Body of the Arizona State Hospital, board member of the Girls Scouts of Southern Arizona, board member of the Dance Advisory Board of the University of Arizona and board member of the Center for Applied Behavioral Health Policy.
