| Description | Michael J. Imbornone joined Willman & Silvaggio, LLP in 2016. Mr. Imbornone concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation and toxic torts. Prior to joining Willman & Silvaggio, Mr. Imbornone was a law clerk to the Honorable Michael A. George in the Adams County, Pennsylvania, Court of Common Pleas, where he gained experience in both civil litigation and criminal law. Mr. Imbornone gained experience with several law firms and energy companies throughout Pennsylvania, in municipal representation, civil litigation, and business representation, obtaining successful results in each capacity. Mr. Imbornone also worked as an Attorney Advisor for the Social Security Administration, Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. Mr. Imbornone received his J.D. from the PSU Dickinson School of Law in 2007 and his B.S. degree from Penn State University. While in law school, Mr. Imbornone interned with the Legal Services Office for the U.S. Army War College, the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas, was named a Miller Center Public Interest Advocate, and was named Editor-in-Chief of the PSU Environmental Law Review. Mr. Imbornone is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association as a member of the PBA Environmental and Energy Law Section, Municipal Law Section, and has participated as judge for the high school mock trial competition. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, specifically the Environment and Energy Law Section, and the Young Lawyers Division, the Public Service Committee and Diversity Committee. He recently completed the Bar Leadership Initiative. Mr. Imbornone is active in his local community and enjoys volunteer work with the local bar association and programs for youth mentoring. He enjoys biking, fishing, reading and spending time with his family. |
